If you have moringa at home, take the bottle or pouch out and compare the brand, product name, lot code and expiration date with the official notice. Skip your next serving while you check. For a match, stop using it and follow the notice’s disposal or return instructions. A closed investigation can still matter when a recalled bottle is sitting in your cupboard.
These notices describe bacterial contamination of particular products. They answer a different question from whether moringa itself causes side effects or interacts with a medicine. If you feel ill after taking a recalled product, contact your healthcare professional and tell them which product you took.
